ASX Announcement
7 September 2026
Leadership Transition to Support Next Phase of Growth
Adisyn Ltd (ASX: AI1) ("Adisyn" or the "Company") wishes to announce a planned leadership
transition to support the Company's continued evolution towards commercial execution. The
Company will not support the extension of Mr Arye Kohavi’s (current Managing Director of the
Company, and CEO of 2D Generation Ltd) service agreement with 2D Generation Ltd, for his role as
CEO, beyond the current term ending 9 January 2027. Separately, Mr Kohavi’s role with the Company
has been varied by the Board from Managing Director to Non-Executive Director, effective
immediately.
Kevin Crofton (previously Non-Executive Chairman) has been appointed Executive Chairman of
Adisyn, effective 7 September 2026 (Mr Crofton is also, and will remain, a director of 2D Generation
Ltd and 2D Radar Absorbers Ltd). The Board is undertaking a search for a new Chief Executive Officer
for 2D Generation Ltd with extensive semiconductor industry experience and a proven track record
in the field.
Mr Crofton’s transition to Executive Chairman will provide executive oversight of the Company’s
strategic, technical and commercial priorities.
The leadership transition follows significant success in establishing Adisyn's semiconductor
technology platform, expanding its portfolio of graphene-based technologies and increasing
engagement with global semiconductor industry participants. With these foundations now
established, the Board believes the Company's strategic priority is to accelerate commercial execution
and appoint executive leadership with the industry experience and track record required to deliver
the next phase.
Mr Crofton brings more than three decades of international leadership experience across the
semiconductor, advanced manufacturing and technology sectors. His experience ensures continuity
of leadership and strengthens Adisyn's ability to execute its semiconductor strategy and commercial
objectives during this period of transition and beyond. To assist the Company over this transition,
notwithstanding his expanded role, Mr Crofton’s remuneration will not change at this time.
Executive Chairman Kevin Crofton said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Arye for his
commitment to Adisyn. As Adisyn transitions from technology development towards commercial
execution, the Board believes this is the right time to evolve our leadership structures across the
organisation.
Adisyn has made significant progress in advancing its semiconductor technologies and strengthening
engagement with industry participants across high-value applications, including AI computing,
communications and defence. My immediate priority as Executive Chairman is to ensure continuity
while the Board secures a Chief Executive Officer with extensive semiconductor industry experience

and a proven track record in technology commercialisation, strategic partnerships and business
growth.
We intend to complete the process in a timely manner, our priority is to appoint the right leader to
build on the strong foundations already established and accelerate the Company's commercial
growth. I am confident that, with our leading edge technology platform, growing industry
engagement and continued Board renewal, Adisyn is well positioned to deliver long-term value for
shareholders."
This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of Adisyn Ltd.
