The Company requests a trading halt pre-market open on Thursday 4 June 2026, pending the release of an announcement to update shareholders and the market on the progress and independent validation of its research and development program focused on low-temperature graphene deposition on a 1cm2 coupon utilizing a Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) platform, which underpins the 2nd milestone associated with Tranche 2 Performance Rights; 2. it anticipates the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Tuesday 9 June 2026, or the release of the announcement in relation to the matter noted at 1 above; 3. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt request should not be granted; 4. the Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt, or that ASX asks for.
